COBE wins the competition for Carlsberg Station Area
Together with Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, Christensen & Co Arkitekter, EFFEKT and Nord Architects, COBE wins the competition "Stationsområdet i Carlsberg byen". The building complex will include educational institutions (approx. 54,000 m2), a 100 meter high housing tower (approx. 12,000 m2), housing in general (approx. 2,000 m2), areas on the groundfloor for retail, cafes and similar functions (approx. 7,000 m2) and offices (approx. 5,000 m2). A total of approximately 80,000 m2.
